Puffed Sweet Chestnuts

THE RECIPE

1. With a sharp knife, carve out chestnuts on the convex side by cutting a cross.

2. Place the chestnuts in a fireproof dish (preferably a bowl with holes for the smoky flavor!) And place it on the Joy Stove.

2. Poke them about ten to fifteen minutes. They automatically open like a tulip when they are done.

3. Peel them and get them through melted butter and some sea salt.

20 g butter, melted
salt
further needed: fireproof bowl with holes
